MB Engineering LLC is an electrical engineering consulting firm based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, founded by Matthew N. Bradley, P.E. in 2025. The firm is built on a simple principle: client-focused electrical engineering design.

Leadership
Matthew N. Bradley, P.E. brings more than three decades of electrical engineering experience to MB Engineering.
He began his career in 1991 at Bradley Engineering/Chartered, gaining hands-on experience in electrical design and developing a strong foundation in quality and client service. In 2013, he acquired the firm and served as President, continuing its long-standing reputation for excellence.
In 2020, he led the merger with Musgrove Engineering, P.A., where he served as Managing Principal of the Idaho Falls office. In 2025, he established MB Engineering LLC to return to a more focused, client-centered practice.
Project Management
MB Engineering LLC’s project managers play a key role in coordinating projects and supporting clients throughout every phase of work. They work closely with owners, architects, and contractors to maintain clear communication, keep projects on schedule, and ensure design intent is properly executed.
With a strong understanding of both design and construction, the team provides practical solutions and responsive support as projects progress.
This hands-on, client-focused approach helps deliver well-coordinated and successful projects.
